6.) Supplemental Recruitment Initiatives:
- Sept 2007 General Sales Manager, Bob Peters, met with five Central Michigan University students from BCA-511-Broadcast Sales. The information provided the students with insight into the broadcast industry as a career choice.
- Jan 2008 General Sales Manager, Bob Peters, met with three Central Michigan University students from BCA-511-Broadcast Sales. The information provided the students with insight into the broadcast industry as a career choice.
- 3-11-08 Marketing Consultants attended the Great Lakes Broadcast Conference. Workshops attended pertained to radio marketing.
- 3-27-08 2p-5p Employment Unit participated with a booth at a job fair hosted by Michigan Works. General Sales Manager, Bob Peters, represented the employment unit.
- 3-29-08 10a-1p Employment Unit participated with a booth at a career fair hosted by Central Michigan University. Operations Manager, John Sebastian, represented the employment unit. While at the career fair, he met and interviewed 11 CMU students for part time board operations and internships.
